This page explains the rules of use for Wishy (Discord bot + companion website), how we handle refunds, and what data we store.

Terms of Service

By using the Wishy Discord bot or this website, you agree to the terms below and to Discord’s Terms of Service. Minimum age to use Wishy is 13+.

1) What Wishy is

Wishy is a Discord gacha bot where you collect cards of different rarities from many series and events. The website is a companion to the bot, used to expand what Wishy can offer (albums, visual customization, and related tools).

2) Virtual goods

Cards, items, frames, albums, backgrounds, and currency (including Stardust) are virtual goods used inside Wishy. Any attempt to trade, sell, or exchange Wishy-related goods for real money or real-world goods is strictly prohibited. Breaking this rule can lead to an instant ban and may be reported to Discord.

3) Enforcement

If a user causes issues, violates rules, abuses systems, or harms the community, staff may apply penalties, including restricting access, banning accounts, and adjusting in-bot inventories when necessary to fix damage or abuse.

4) Changes & updates

Wishy evolves often. Command changes and major updates will be announced through the official Discord server.

5) Bot rules

No botting or using macros

Automation, scripts, or macros are prohibited. Gameplay must be manual.

Don’t use alts

One account per user. Account sharing is treated as alting.

Don’t profit off a friend who doesn’t play

You can’t farm items from a friend who doesn’t actually play.

No exploiting bugs or glitches

Report bugs. Abuse to gain advantage is cheating and will be penalized.

No cross-trading / black-marketing

Trading bot goods for anything outside Wishy is prohibited and bannable.

Trades must be fair

Scams, manipulation, and boosting are not tolerated.

No massive gifting

Avoid mass gifting high value cards. We want a fair economy.

No harassment

Harassment (public or DMs) is prohibited. No intimidation for trades or bot-related matters.

No toxic behavior towards the bot

Constructive criticism is welcome, toxicity/sabotage can lead to a ban.

Do not ruin the experience for others

Playing with the explicit intent to harm other players is prohibited.

Staff discretion

Staff may act on harmful behavior not explicitly listed. You may open a ticket to report staff issues.

Ignorance is not an excuse

Users are responsible for knowing and following the rules.

Privacy Policy

We want users to feel safe. We do not collect or store personal data like IP addresses for alt-detection or resale.

1) What we store

We store basic gameplay data that is required for Wishy to function: currency balances, cards, inventories, albums/pages, and similar bot-related records. This is the same type of information users can already view through bot commands (collection, inventory, etc.).

2) Website sessions

When you log in with Discord, the website stores a session so you don’t need to log in on every refresh. This session contains your Discord user id and basic profile info (username/avatar) needed to identify your account.

3) What we do NOT store

We do not sell user data. We do not store addresses, payment card data, or IP-based tracking for alt detection.

4) Support

For any questions about data or account concerns, open a ticket in our Discord.

Refund Policy

Payments are handled through PayPal only. If there is any payment issue, open a ticket first.

1) Contact staff first

If you have any issue with a payment, you must contact staff first by opening a ticket in our Discord server.

2) Chargebacks / PayPal disputes

Refunds requested through PayPal without contacting staff first may be treated as an attack on the service. Attempting to force-refund after receiving Stardust or benefits may result in restrictions or bans.

3) What you are purchasing

Purchases are for virtual currency (Stardust) and related virtual goods within Wishy. These are not real-world goods and cannot be exchanged for money.
